With the Excalibur 9 tray dehydrator, the possibilities are limited only by imagination. You can dry almost anything including fruit, vegetables, meat, herbs, fish & flowers.

It has a huge drying capacity and a manual temperature control for accurate setting and is designed specifically for bulk preserving for large families, those with a backyard vege patch, orchard or access to bulk amounts of fruit, or if you are looking to dry commercially.
This uses the Parallexx Drying System which includes a temperature controlled, fan forced, horizontal drying system mounted in the rear. Cool air is drawn in the back, heated and distributed evenly across each tray, pushing moisture out of the front of the machine.

Horizontal airflow provides even drying, eliminating tray re-stacking. Drying is fast and heat is not lost as the dehydrator doesn't need to be taken apart to change the tray sequence.

One or all trays may be removed making space for larger items such as whole fruit. The Excalibur is easy to clean with spills falling on seamless tray bottoms. Flexible mesh tray inserts hold food above the tray frames. The adjustable thermostat ranges from 29∞ to 63∞ Celsius.
